The Story

About Me

I started my career shortly after graduating from Rutgers with a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt mindset and a willingness to do the work others overlooked. My first real test came at TLF, where I moved from the classroom into the warehouse, picking sales orders, processing shipments, and learning supply chain operations from the ground up. It was not glamorous, but it gave me something more valuable than theory: a direct understanding of how inventory, labor, systems, and process decisions show up in the real world.

At TLF, I began turning that ground-level exposure into measurable operational improvement. I built dashboards to track warehouse KPIs, analyzed order and inventory flows, and led shipping and fulfillment projects that uncovered hidden costs and improved execution. Those projects showed me that the best insights often come from being close enough to the work to see what others miss, then using data to turn those observations into action.

That foundation carried me into Nucleus Research, where I grew from analyst to senior analyst and into a broader research and advisory leadership role across enterprise software markets including ERP, supply chain planning, WMS, TMS, OMS, control towers, MES, QMS, PLM, IIoT data platforms, source-to-pay, AR management, connected worker technologies, and AI. My work spans customer interviews, ROI analysis, survey research, Value Matrices, vendor advisory, executive briefings, webinars, and conference speaking. I have published more than 144 reports across the Nucleus Research website and Bloomberg Terminal, work that enterprise software vendors reference across the industry, while generating more than $2.7 million in research and advisory revenue.

Over time, my role has expanded beyond traditional research. I advise technology vendors on market positioning, product strategy, customer value, competitive differentiation, and how buyers evaluate enterprise software investments. I also manage and develop analysts, help shape advisory engagements, and partner closely with business development to turn research credibility into commercial outcomes. What started as research production has become a broader practice of helping companies understand markets, customers, competitors, and value creation more clearly.

Looking ahead, I am focused on roles that combine operational understanding, market intelligence, strategic advisory, and business impact. I am especially interested in opportunities across consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, market intelligence, product marketing, corporate development, and enterprise technology advisory, where my ability to connect data, customer insight, and financial outcomes can help organizations make better decisions and move faster.
